Monthly Club Report
Due by the 10th of every month
This report fulfills your requirements to Kiwanis International, provides data to improve our programs, and alleviates the need for a more extensive year-end report. This report now includes tracking for signature club projects, such as Celebrate Community (previously known as Kiwanis One Day), Read Around the World, and YCPO. By completing all 12 months of this report, data is automatically rolled into the Annual Club Report for you, including Distinguished Club reporting.
Annual Club Report
This report allows clubs to report service and administrative activities for the year. If you’ve been completing the Monthly Club Reports online in reporting.kiwanisone.org all year, the Annual Club Report will be compiled for you. By completing all 12 months of the Monthly Club Reports, you have completed your requirements for the year. Clubs that have been reporting monthly will have an opportunity to review a compilation of the submitted data around November 1 and may modify any of the monthly reports as needed. Changes are easy: go back to your individual Monthly Club Report and make edits. Revisions flow into the Annual Club Report.
Member Management
Adds, edits, deletes
Clubs are now able to add, delete and edit members online. These adds, deletes and edits are automatically made in the Kiwanis International database. This will cut down on the amount of time spent maintaining club rosters. Clubs can generate and print out invoices to send into the International office. Also, district administration will receive updates of when members are added and deleted and will not need to receive paper copies for new members.
Club Election Report
The submission period for this online form opens on April 1st and is due by June 1st each year. Exception: reporting mid-year change in officers can be done all year. You login as a secretary and submit the report without any paperwork.
Club meeting & website changes
Clubs can add or edit their meeting place, which is then displayed in the club locator (Find A Club on www.kiwanis.org and on reporting.kiwanisone.org) so that prospective members and guests can find you when searching for a club to join near their home or work. The secretary dashboard in the Club Management area (via club secretary login) features an option for clubs to update their meeting information and public website and have it feed real-time data into the club locator.

7.27.25 Kiwanis annual K-Family picnic! Kiwanis members from our adult clubs, CKI, Key Club and family enjoyed a “wet” day at Starved Rock! The rain didn’t fully stop us. The annual “Governors Competition” occured between Gov Kim, CKI Gov Christine and honorable “fill in” mention Rishima from Key Club board with 4 games and one themed dress up (too wet to compete in that game). As competitive as I am, I won 3 of the 4 challenges 🤷🏻♀️🤭. Such a fun time connecting and sharing time with everyone! Special shout out to our Aurora University CKI members (Gov Christine’s club) and my Alma mater😉 and their advisor and our Aurora Kiwanis Club member, Dr Chris Wells, for supporting!! Their theme involved animals hence the dress up with the rhino blow up costume. Loved it!! Dear friend, past distinguished Governor, now our Executive Director Angie Burford attended as well! Great times with great people! Now Governor Designate, Mary Zeronas got to share in the fun and see what to expect next year😊. We love Kiwanis!!💙 ... See MoreSee Less
I am playing catch up here… 7.23.25 Division 13 Governor Visit in Rochelle. Thank you to LTG Ric Taylor and wife Jody for organizing and hosting us all!! It was so nice to meet fellow Kiwanians and hear all of the good works the 5 out of 6 clubs who could attend are doing! Keep up the great work! Congrats to Rochelle Golden-K for having the most growth at that time of 9 new members!! Woohoo! Another heartwarming story(and on display) from Oregon-Mt Morris club President Caleb Jenks was the GRIT freedom chair. Their clubs signature project is purchasing accessibility equipment for organizations in need. Inspired by these good works, ED Etnyre Co donated to their efforts and a second chair had just arrived and was going to Camp Independence (camp for children and young adults with Spina Bifida) for their use🙏🏼❤️ Keep of the great work Div 13 and keep sharing the Kiwanis goodness in your communities! Thank you for hospitality and your support💙🥳🙏🏼 ... See MoreSee Less
